No dissertation presentation until next term!!!

I was happy that this was postponed as we all have to do the other assignments which are quite challenging. I have already decided what my dissertation topic is but I am the reason why I am happy is because during this holliday I will write the assignment for relationship marketing as well and this will help me have a better view on the dissertation because I am writing about bonds and one of my research questions in the dissertation regards bons.

Managing Cultures assignment

Doing this assignment helped me because now I have some ideeas on the dissertation. The topic which I choose for this assignment is about doing a researched report on the Romanian culture which tests three factors regarding the consequences of the transition and the impact they might have upon the event industry in Romania: (1) new/non values (2) lack of education in organisational management, (3) business ethics in Romania. The practical research which I did, consists in the administration and interpretation of a questionnaire used on four managers with hierarchical positions in events companies in the city of Bucharest. This gave me some ideeas and I think I can focus on Romania in the dissertation topic. It also helped me because I realised that I can do a lot of active research in the events companies there, which I can use in the dissertation.
